Who do we share it with?
We do not sell your details. We share them only with the companies that help us run this website.
- Resend sends and delivers our emails and stores the mailing list.
- Vercel hosts this website, keeps the server logs and counts visits for us.
- Stripe will take card payments once tickets go on sale. Stripe decides for itself how payment details are handled, under its own privacy policy. We never see your card number.
Does it leave the UK?
Yes, it can. Resend and Vercel are companies based in the United States, so your details may be stored or handled there. When that happens we rely on safeguards that UK law recognises for sending personal details abroad.
What are your rights?
Under UK data protection law you can:
- ask for a copy of the details we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- ask us to delete your details
- ask us to limit how we use them
- object to how we use them
- ask for your details in a form you can take to another company
- withdraw your consent at any time
To use any of these rights, email admin@robertscotts.com. It is free. Every email we send to the mailing list also has an unsubscribe link.
We do not use your details to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build profiles of you.
How do you complain?
Please tell us first, so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK regulator for data protection. Visit ico.org.uk or call 0303 123 1113.
